Scott had a playdate with Gracie on Wednesday. Gracie is the daughter of Krissy, one of my good friends from EIU & ASA.. Krissy is a teacher and on spring break this week.. oh.. and did I mention that Gracie is going to be a big sister!!! Yeah!! We are very happy for everyone and can't wait for another "baby weiss" due in November.
Anyway, Gracie came over to play on Scott's playhouse. Scott was a little shy at first.. especially seeing Gracie play with all his toys but before long, he was completely showing off for her. At one point, Gracie had climbed into Scott's leather chair and Scott came over... I wasn't sure what he would do.. but to our surprise.. he 'tried' to give her a kiss... Gracie, of course, wanted nothing to do with kisses.... Scott was sad to see Gracie leave... he stared out the window for a long time after they left... We will have to have more play dates this summer!
