Dog Days of Summer

Well, the heat is definitially here... Lucky for us, our friend Dana has a great pool and lots of mommy friends who have the summer days off to hang out in it! We are planning it as a weekly event although Dana said we could feel free to invite ourselves over... well, Scott and I have no shame in doing that!

Scott loves the water. He spent most of the time either in my arms, Anne's arms or in his floaty. He was even happy to be on the deck playing with the swim toys, I was very proud of him for keeping his hat on all the way until the last few minutes before we left.. Saved mommy lots of stress of making sure he was completely covered from the sun.

We also got Scott a new water sprinkler mat. We tried it out one day, but he was more interested in beng outside than playing with it.. Hopefully he will take to it soon and we will share those pictures.
